ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SULPHATE, SILICON, & PARABEN FREE? WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?

Organity is started with the vision of bridging the gap between ancient purity ethics and their modern application. All our products are on the Pure side of nature, free from not only sulphates, silicones, parabens, mineral oils but harmful chemicals also.

You should use sulphate-free shampoos almost every day, because using sulphate ones daily can be detrimental to scalp health, since the loss of water and oil content in the scalp will weaken it and make it sensitive, and subsequently impacting hair quality.

Also, if you have sensitive skin, then you’d want to avoid using sulphate shampoos too, because they are likely to be too stimulating for the scalp. Also, some silicone substances are difficult to wash off. If we use low-grade shampoos, they will leave behind residue that builds up in the hair.

It takes 5-7 working days in case to receive your package.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

For all  orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section. You will also get a watsapp message from Organity, on your registered contact details.

CAN I SHIP THE PRODUCTS TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can do this by filling in your address as the ‘Billing address’, and the address you wish to ship it to, as the ‘Shipping address’.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A REACTION (SIDE EFFECT) TO A PRODUCT?

Please do a Patch Test before applying. If you experience discomfort before the 24-hour period ends, immediately wash the area with soap and warm water. Our Ingredients are majorly pure and for some, pure ingredients might not be suitable.

WHAT ARE ESSENTIAL OILS?

Essential oils are compounds extracted from plants. The oils capture the plant’s scent and flavor, or “essence.” Unique aromatic compounds give each essential oil its characteristic essence. Essential oils are obtained through distillation (via steam and/or water) or mechanical methods, such as cold pressing. Pure essential oils should be used only after dilution.

WHAT ARE CARRIER OILS?

Carrier oil, also known as base oil or vegetable oil, is used to dilute essential oils and absolutes before they are applied to the skin in massage and aromatherapy. They are so named because they carry the essential oil onto the skin.

CAN FACE OILS BE COMBINED?

Most skin types will find facial oils hydrating enough to use on their own, but its totally safe and effective to mix them into your moisturizer or even layer underneath. Just as your body needs different nutrients from different foods, your skin will benefit from using a blend of oils instead of just one.

WILL FACE OILS MAKE ME BREAK OUT?

Typically, applying too much oil on your skin may create an oil film that prevents the skin from breathing, and may even clog pores and result in breakouts. If you’re in the market for a new face oil that doesn’t result in blemishes, you’ll want to make sure it includes very low percentages of comedogenic ingredients.

Organity’s facial serum uses a blend of extremely low comedogeinc ingredients that does not cause skin to break-out.
